For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on win399, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Opening multiple Accounts — including under different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any bonus funds or pending withdrawals.
4.1 Registration. To access real-money features on win399, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and, where required, a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials.
4.2 Identity Verification (KYC). win399 is required to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to enabling withdrawal functions. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal:
4.3 Document Integrity. You must never alter, edit, obscure or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account termination, forfeiture of all funds and, where applicable, notification to relevant authorities.
Never submit KYC documents through email, social media or chat applications. Use only the Operator's official HTTPS-secured verification portal within your Account dashboard.
4.4 Account Security. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify win399 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. win399 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security.
5.1 Available Methods. Deposit methods available to Users are displayed within the Platform's Cashier section and may change at the Operator's discretion. Payment methods commonly known in Pakistan — including those operating under familiar brand names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as contextual examples only. Their mention on this Platform does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any such institution.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and are displayed at the point of transaction. The Operator reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Currency Display. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for convenience. Actual processing currency may differ depending on the payment method and processor used. Any applicable conversion fees are the responsibility of the User unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Cryptocurrency. Where cryptocurrency deposits (such as BTC or USDT) are accepted, they are subject to the Operator's current cryptocurrency policy, which may include minimum amounts and confirmation requirements.
5.5 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Users who have completed KYC verification in full. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
6.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the Operator's current published processing timelines, which vary by payment method and Account verification status. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.3 Wagering Conditions. Withdrawals of bonus-related funds are subject to any applicable wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotional terms. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not satisfied wagering conditions may result in the forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.
6.4 Withdrawal Limits. The Operator may apply minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which are displayed in the Cashier section and may be adjusted subject to Account tier and identity verification status.
The Operator may, in certain circumstances and at its sole discretion, allow Users to reverse a pending withdrawal request within a specified window. This policy is detailed in the Help Centre. Repeated reversal requests may be flagged as a responsible gambling concern.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. win399 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Platform with a unique transaction reference.
7.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event of an obvious error in odds, game outcomes or settlement — including but not limited to technical errors, data feed failures or typographical mistakes — the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and revert associated transactions.
7.3 Live Betting. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. The Operator accepts no responsibility for delays between market display and bet acceptance during live events, including PSL matches, ICC tournaments, Premier League football and UFC bouts.
7.4 Casino Games. All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer titles, real-time dealing from accredited studios. 8.5 Expiry. Bonuses and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotional terms. Expired bonuses and any associated unmet wagering requirements will be removed from the Account automatically.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without express written permission from win399. Unauthorised use of the win399 brand, logo or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. win399 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds data or the fitness of any game for a particular purpose.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win399 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, third-party payment delays or data inaccuracies.
12.3 win399's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 win399 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, win399 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through the support channel.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms, including the date of last revision, is always published at https://win399.cam/terms-conditions.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence, details of which are published in the Platform's official operator information section.
14.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall override or supersede the mandatory statutory rights available to Users under the applicable laws of their own jurisdiction.
